HOLDER/DATA CONTROLLER - We herewith inform you that your personal data shall be processed by IWT Srl, having its registered office in Casale Litta (VA) ITALY, in Via Galliani 68/B, as Holder of the Personal Data Processing.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING - Your data, including email, will be processed in order to send you the information you requested by completing the CONTACT US form. Your data are also processed for the fulfillment of legal obligations and possibly for defensive needs or fulfillment of orders by the Public Authorities.

LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING - The legal basis of data processing is constituted by the pre-contractual purpose, by the legal obligations, and the legitimate interest constituted, in this case, by the defensive purpose (only hypothetical) or computer security. With respect to the data processing pursued by legitimate interest of the Holder you can object for reasons related to your specific situation. TRANSFER - Transfers to third parties and transfers to non-EU countries are excluded, and intra-group transfers may be carried out in case it is necessary to satisfy your request. Your data will not, under any circumstances, be the subject of dissemination.

DATA STORAGE - The data collected through this form will be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfill your request.
