All IWT Pharma products are meticulously designed to ensure the highest level of cleaning and disinfection for laboratory equipment—such as cages and racks—while maximizing energy efficiency and minimizing environmental impact. Tecniplast China employs a team of approximately 25 staff members, including over 10 sales representatives who regularly serve national research institutions, universities, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms. The team also includes more than 15 employees dedicated to product installation and maintenance. Two key team members specialize in IWT business: Howard Hu, who leads IWT product sales in China, and Lawson Liang, IWT Project Engineer, who oversees the planning and execution of IWT projects nationwide. Eason Ding, as the IWT Product Specialist, focuses on the technical aspects of IWT products, providing crucial support to both the sales and project teams. Chenyan Lu and Oscar Xu are responsible for the strategic direction and brand promotion of the IWT business line, with plans to implement more localized strategic initiatives in FY25.

In 2024, IWT Pharma China participated in the 64th (Spring 2024) National Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition, as well as CPHI & PMEC China. As an exhibitor, IWT Pharma China showcased a range of products, including the 200EVO (GMP Contact Part Washer) and the M-LINE (High Pressure Mobile Washer). These innovative capabilities earned widespread praise from industry experts and customers alike.
