"As 2022 ends, I can reflect on what a strong year IWT Pharma has had. In November and December last year, we received some strong orders from leading Pharma companies. This led to an incredibly busy Spring and early Summer for me in my previous role as Project Manager, attending 6 FAT’s in the space of 2 months at our factory in Varese, Italy…. great for revenues, terrible for waistlines! 

We have capitalised on the success of last year with continued engagement, orders, and information requests from multiple Pharma companies, and I remain very confident going into next year. 

IWT Pharma continue to be at the forefront of research and development within pharmaceutical cleaning, and this year has seen the launch of the new 300EVO Parts Washer at ACHEMA in Frankfurt, designed to be a more configurable model compared to the more standard and cost effective 200EVO. Furthermore, we have seen development of our customised racks with the full integration of the “flexi-rack” system, which is designed to offer a standardised design approach to our customised baskets, reducing lead times and selling prices. 

On a personal level, this year has been significant for me professionally as I have stepped into the role of Pharmaceutical Account Manager. I believe I bring to the role a wealth of product and industry knowledge following my years as a Project Manager, and so our capabilities to offer innovative washing solutions to customers are strengthened. Additionally, we have welcomed Emma to the UK Pharma team, who will be helping me put together quotations for our customers as well as looking to engage with our customers through social media and digital avenues.
