What is the M Line? 

The M Line is a versatile, high efficiency washing unit designed to handle a wide range of vessels under 4000l which includes most IBC’s and processing vessels. The robust design and advanced features make it an indispensable tool for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the pharmaceutical industry.  

Exceptional Cleaning Performance  

The M Line utilises high-pressure water delivered through a delicate hydrokinetic head, making it capable of removing the toughest of products. Operating at 70 bar pressure and using only 42 litres of water per minute, ensures thorough and efficient cleaning.  

Flexibility and Coverage

One of the standout features of the M-Line is the ability to provide comprehensive coverage. IWT Pharma offers a variety of static and flexible lances, ensuring that all areas of the vessel are reached and thoroughly cleaned. The versatility ensures no spot is left unwashed.  

Water Efficiency  

Common feedback from our customers is the significant water saving achieved with the M-Line. Before the M-Line, many facilities relied on manual washing or low-pressure solutions, which were both time-consuming and used high volumes of water. The M-Lines, on the other hand, completes a typical wash cycle in as little as 5 minutes, using only 210 litres of water per cycle. This efficiency not only saves water but also reduces operational costs.  

Easy Setup and Compliance  

Designed for mobility within production facilities, the M Line is incredibly simple to set up. It uses flexible hoses for the water supply and Commando plugs/sockets for electrical connections. Additionally, it features a fully CFR Part 11 compliant HMI, ensuring comprehensive storage of the audit trail and cycle data. The onboard storage for detergents further enhances its convenience, making it capable of tackling even the most challenging cleaning tasks.  

Successful Trials  

We’ve recently conducted successful on-site trials with customers in Wiltshire, Cork, and London. These demonstrations have showcased the M-Line's capabilities and the tangible benefits it offers in real-world applications.
